You have heard many times that to practice sport is a basic activity to stay healthy, but sometimes the answer is: I have no time. We suggest you do exercise while you are on vacation. Two activities in one. Sounds good!

Here you have our proposal and plans to do in Platja d’Aro and in S’Agaró, both in the Costa Brava:
1. Swimming in the sea. As you know, to swim is one of the most complete sports, suitable for all ages and physical conditions. You can practice it anywhere you want but we recommend you to go do it in Caleta de Sant Pol because its calm water.
2. Walk. These destinations have two attractive options:
- Cami de Ronda S’Agaró. The distance is 4km with a height of 50m, the approximate time is 1h 15min. The difficulty is low. The starting point is in Sant Pol beach and the end is in Cala Pedrosa. During this tour you will pass through the residential area of S’Agaro, the viewpoint of Punta de Pau and finally you will arrive to Sa Conca.
- Cami de Ronda Platja d’ Aro to Sant Antoni de Calonge. The distance is 3 km with a height of 15m, the approximate time is one hour. The difficulty is low. We recommend starting at the beach where you can find the Cavall Bernat. From there you will continue to the north. You will pass by the Cala del Pi, Cap Roig beach, Cala de Roques Planes, Torre Valentina and finally you will arrive to Sant Antoni de Calonge.
3. Bicycle. Do you know the Carrilet route? It is the perfect path for cycling or a walking route. The Carrilet is 40 km, the starting point is in the city of Girona and its end is in Sant Feliu de Guixols, you can also do it on the other side.
4. Water sports. You can enjoy practicing water sports such as kayak, snorkeling, diving and windsurfing in Platja d’Aro an in S’Agaró.
