Thanks to you, five of our ten hotels along the Costa Brava and Costa de Barcelona-Maresme have received this year the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence. We are referring about our two hotels in Calella, the Hotel Balmes and Hotel Maritim, Hotel Aquarium & Spa in Lloret de Mar, Hotel Neptuno in Tossa de Mar and the Hotel Xaloc in Platja d’Aro. The award, which recognizes outstanding hospitality, is only granted to businesses that continually receive outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor and it can be obtained by any facility in the world to meet the necessary requirements. Of all the businesses with TripAdvisor profile, only 10% receive this prestigious award.

To achieve the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain a minimum overall score of four points (of five) obtained from the opinions of TripAdvisor travelers; also requires that your profile has been active in TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Among additional criteria also take into account the volume of views received in the last 12 months.
